Features of 1300mm heating lamination machine:
This machine adopts a single axis coiling system, and air expansion shafts are used for coiling and unwinding. The tension is controlled by a magnetic powder clutch and concentrated on the panel operation. The bonding wheel adopts a silicone wheel (effectively controlling the phenomenon of debonding and sticking), and the wheel spacing and bonding tightness are controlled by a cylinder and automatically adjusted. The bonding wheel and the upper heating wheel undergo static balance testing. After the substrate is bonded, the bonding work can be completed by heating according to different materials. The diameter of the upper and lower bonding wheels is oversized, increasing the contact surface of the substrate, thereby better improving the bonding effect. The surface is flat, smooth, and free from looseness and wrinkles. The length counter automatically measures the length. The motor is regulated by a frequency converter and runs smoothly.
